Asian Communities in Dublin
Students from Taiwan, China, South Korea, Japan, Mongolia and other Asian countries are part of Dublin’s international student community. Rather than inventing one “Asian district”, our guides focus on real community connections and useful local resources.
Food, language and community
For many students, finding familiar ingredients, restaurants or people who speak their first language makes settling in easier. Dublin also offers the opportunity to build friendships far beyond your own community.

We have existing student experiences from Alice and Irene from Taiwan, Jason from Taiwan, Eunyoung and other South Korean students, and Khulan from Mongolia. These are being reviewed and migrated into the Academic Year Stories & Guides hub.
