How to Enrol

The process is designed to confirm the right programme before asking you to pay.

  1. Check your route. Confirm first Academic Year status, nationality and relevant immigration circumstances.
  2. Choose your timetable and start date. AY15 Morning, AY15 Afternoon or AY20 Morning.
  3. Add accommodation if needed. For long stays, we normally recommend the first 8 weeks.
  4. Send your booking details. We prepare the school-side enrolment documents.
  5. Receive Proforma + Enrolment Confirmation. Review the booking before payment.
  6. Pay securely. First/new Academic Year bookings require the full invoice to be paid.
  7. Receive your Letter of Acceptance. The LOA is issued after full payment and is used in the immigration/visa process where applicable.
  8. Prepare for Dublin. Use our visa, accommodation, work and pre-arrival guides.
Visa-required? Do not choose the latest possible payment date if it leaves too little time for your visa process. The Letter of Acceptance is issued after the full invoice has been paid.
